Terms and Conditions

• All prices on the web site are subject to change without notice.

• We accept Money Orders and personal checks as well as MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. Orders paid by check must be mailed to us. Orders paid by credit card may be telephoned or submitted on-line. Please do not send cash.

• In your on-line order, please provide an email address so that we can contact you in case we have questions about your order. With all orders, please include a daytime telephone number.

• Payment made by Check or Money Order must have the Maker's name on the check. Personal Checks are subject to a delay for processing. Returned Checks are subject to a $15.00 Service Charge.

Returns Policy

• Our Earring Holders are all handmade originals.

• Your satisfaction is important to us. Any item purchased from the Earring Holder Gallery may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Before sending any item back, please contact us at questions@earringholders.com.

• Returns will be accepted provided the item is in saleable condition when we receive it. Shipping charges shall be the buyer's responsibility. There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund amount.

• We will make an exchange of your purchase for an item(s) of a different design within 60 days of your receipt of an item. Shipping charges in both directions shall be the buyer's responsibility. No refunds will be given after 30 days when the exchange is for a lesser priced item.
